Bucklin Ranches is excited to offer 20 head of RambouilletXTarghee cross ewes. Our ewes are range raised. We have always focused on a long-staple length, fine wool, high yielding fleeces-- our micron was 21.2 last year with a 54.7 yield. We also expect our ewes to be good mothers with plenty of milk. We bought our first Targhee rams at Miles City in 1960 and our first Rambouillet at the national sale in Utah in ‘69. We’ve had sheep on the ranch for over 70 years
