Delivery:
Free delivery within a 300 radius to central points or to the feedlot of your choice. All bulls will be fertility tested and ICC will begin delivery the first week of April 2016.
REBATE:
Bring your own trailer to the sale and receive a $100 rebate on all bulls taken home the day of sale only.

Cattle will sell under the standard Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Assn.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk, and responsibility without liability on the part of the ranch owners, sale staff, or sale barn.
Herd Health:
All bulls have been fully vaccinated. Three rounds Express 5 PMH, Vision/Somnus, and Ivermectin. All bulls will have proper health certificate(s) for immediate shipment, as needed.
First Breeding Season Guarantee:
All bulls selling for $4,000 or more will be covered 50% by IDLAND CATTLE COMPANY if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. 50% of the value of the
injured bull will be given as credit in a future sale or toward a replacement bull if one is available. Salvage value will be retained by the buyer. Example: A $5,000 bull is injured and will not heal. A credit of $2500 will be given toward the purchase of a new bull. Must have a veterinarian certificate of injury and notify ICC before selling animals. ICC must be notified by October 1, 2016. This is not mortality insurance which can be purchased separately and/or neglect.

Retained Interest:
A 1/3 semen interest will be retained on each bull where the buyer requests a transferred registration certificate, unless otherwise stated. The Buyer
owns full possession and full salvage value of said bull(s) with transferred registration certificates, but would share with Idland Cattle Co. any semen
sales revenue or certificate sales.
