Tomsheck D&L Inc - Darold Tomsheck - Oilmont MT - 406-937-3726 - Ewes are run on native range in the shadow of the West Butte of the Sweetgrass Hills. Our ewes receive no supplemental feed during the production year and are range lambed. We shear in late April/early May and our wool grades #1 line in the Eastern Consolidated Wool Pool. Rams are purchased at the Montana Ram Sale and are selected based on high US Range Index, large REA, and fine wool micron. We see the value of NSIP and EBV’s and are offering a premium group of our commercial yearling ewes that are trained leafy spurge eaters.
