? The cattle sell under the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
? Each bull will be sold to the highest bidder.
? The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision shall be final.
? Announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over material printed in the catalog.
? Terms of the sale are cash.
Cattle Viewing: Bulls will be on display at Miles City Livestock Commission, Monday, March 2, 2015 12:00 pm.
Certificate of Registry: Registration papers will be transferred at seller’s expense, if requested by purchaser on sale day.
Delivery: Free delivery up to 300 miles with total purchase of $3,500 or more, additional mileage at cost. All bulls will be delivered by March 30, 2015.
Discount: Receive a $50 discount per bull if hauled home sale day.
Semen Test: Bulls have been semen tested and are ready to be taken home sale day.
Sale Order: Bulls will sell by sale order supplement, provided sale day.
Ultrasound Carcass Data: The bulls were ultrasound measured by Matt Lane, AAA CUP Certified. Results available on sale day.
Health: Bulls have received the Fuse Guard Foot Rot vaccination and booster, and have recently been poured with Ivermectin.
Semen Interests: Nansel’s Flying N Ranch is retaining one-third revenue sharing semen interest in each bull selling in the sale. The buyer retains full possession and salvage value of their purchased bulls.
Guarantee: All bulls selling for $3,500 or more will be covered 50% by Nansel’s Flying N Ranch if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60-day period following the first turn-out of the bulls.
All bulls selling for $3,500 or more will be given 50% of the value of the injured bull, minus any salvage value, in a future sale or toward a replacement bull if one is available.
Example 1: A $5,000 bull is injured and will not heal. A credit of $2,500 minus any salvage will be given to the buyer.
Example 2: A $3,000 bull is injured and will not heal. No credit is given. Buyer retains all salvage value.
