Coming off of native grass in the foothills of Central Montana, these commercial yearling ewes have been selected for high maternal traits. We expect a 170% or higher drop, high weaning weights, and good milk production. They averaged a 19.35 micron this spring, which will be their finest lifetime fleece and have good tight, dense fleeces. We have culled rigidly in the past and continue to do so. They have been exposed to leafy spurge in the spring, running them under electric mesh fence. Repeat past buyers have been completely satisfied with our offering. Hope to see you in Miles City.
